“They” (whoever they are) say blog on a schedule. Once a month, once a week … whatever you can do to keep it regular is important.
I know that. Many of you have been around off and on since 2007 when this blog was started over on blogger! Did any of you blog back then? I’d love to see your old blog if you did. You might find mine in it’s old format … but I did move it all over here Here’s a sample from 2011 about my mission for agility long before I realized anyone ever read my blogs. I blogged a lot in 2012 too – it’s taking me ages to work my way back to the beginning. Blogger had a side tab you could pull up dates by – wordpress does not make it as easily.
This post is the second post in the blog – capturing a couple of Sally photos. My blog is a great record of nearly 20 years with the dogs – lots on my goals, trials and more. I want to capture some of that for Leo and Salem. And hope you don’t mind. The wisdom to advertise something in every blog makes sense from a business point of you but getting back to the roots of why I started this adventure in the first place also matters.
Spent some time recently entering a trial, gjoining a disc houseleague, contemplating how to best set the agility equipment here and signing up for a disc throwing workshop. Trying toeams figure out if we could host a disc trial here too. Always so many dreams. Always so little time.
I hope you are all well. Nice to procrasinate my presentation for the Puppy Symposium and my course work for my University course. Loving learning is a bit of a curse sometimes!! I will make an effort to get back here with some useful wisdom soon.
In the meantime – love your dog(s), love yourself. I’m grateful you are in my world!
